Description

Battle in the Badlands is a new Two Player Starter Box for Heavy Gear Blitz 3rd Edition. It includes everything you need to play except six-sided dice and a tape measure. Featuring the two factions from the Badlands – NuCoal and Peace River – it includes 12 plastic models for each force.

The 12 Peace River plastic minis include 4 Warriors, 4 Warrior IVs, 2 Skirmishers and 2x Crusader IVs. The 12 NuCoal plastic minis are 4 Chasseurs, 4 Cuirassiers, 2 Jerboas and 2 Chevaliers. This gives players all the models they need to make the 50 and 100 Threat Value example forces from the rulebook, and more. All the models are 1/144th scale and made from hard plastic.

In addition to the plastic models, the box includes a Full Colour Small Format Softcover 3rd Edition Rulebook for Heavy Gear Blitz. This has now been updated to the latest Version 3.1, 288 page book; it contains all the same information as the new full-size Rulebook, which includes all the units in the game. However, its 8.5″ x 5.5″ size makes it much more portable to take to games.
