The Venus Fleet is controlled by the Venusian Bank and other corporate entities based on Venus. They are expert schemers and are rumoured to control the strings of CEGA to some degree. For more direct action, they have their own high-tech warships; these include some which look like civilian vessels until they choose to strike.
